Legal and privacy

Draft for review — operator details, provider inventory and retention procedures remain incomplete. This is not a compliance certification.

Last reviewed: 2026-10-24

Who runs this site

Drakopablo is a personal creative project operated by an individual in Spain.

The operator’s full legal name, service address and any applicable tax or registration details must be completed before this draft is approved for public use. A brand name and email alone do not complete the legal notice.

Current scope

This is a development preview with a demo catalogue, reading tools and optional external players. The local test order is always €0.00, charges nothing and does not reserve a paid release.

Accessibility and feedback

We aim for readable text, keyboard controls, visible focus and reduced motion. This is not a claim of certified WCAG compliance. Report a barrier using the contact below, including the page and what prevented access; an alternative format can be discussed.

Cookies and external services

Spotify and itch.io can use cookies, analytics and browser storage. They stay blocked until you allow them. You can browse and read without them.

Cookie policy

Essential storage and preferences

The language cookie dp-language lasts up to one year when you choose a language. The local test session astrarium_trial lasts eight hours. The owner session astrarium_admin is a session cookie, or up to eight hours when remembering sign-in is chosen; owner Access may add its own authentication cookies when configured.

Browser storage saves theme, zoom, navigation, widget appearance and language preferences. There is no separate saved search history. These preferences are not advertising profiles.

Optional external players

Spotify and itch.io are optional. itch.io’s game wrapper includes Google Analytics code; the game may use further network services. These frames do not load until the relevant service is allowed. Rejecting them does not block browsing or reading. External links you follow open the provider’s own site.

The first-party record dp-external-consent-v1 stores your choices, version and timestamp in localStorage for up to 180 days. There is no first-party advertising or analytics SDK in the inspected app. A full browser inventory of third-party cookies, recipients and durations is still pending; this draft does not claim that all provider tracking has been audited.

Change your mind

Open Privacy choices in the footer or user settings to withdraw permission. Active external frames close immediately. Previously stored provider cookies cannot be deleted by this site: use browser site-data controls and the provider’s tools. Clearing local preferences does not delete a server account.

Privacy choices

Only enable the services you want. Withdrawing permission closes their players. It does not erase cookies already stored by those providers.
